FAQ
Is life & social counseling psychotherapy?
No. It is designed for healthy individuals who are facing challenging situations and are looking for professional support.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends entirely on your personal situation — sometimes one session is enough, and in other cases, ongoing support may be helpful.
Can I remain anonymous?
Your personal information and everything discussed during our sessions are, of course, treated with strict confidentiality.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within one to two weeks. In urgent cases, I do my best to offer an earlier appointment.
Can the counseling also take place online?
Yes. If you prefer, sessions can be held via video call. Many clients find this just as personal and supportive.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. Simply come with whatever is on your mind — we’ll take it from there together.
